RETURN OF GOODS

We have delivered goods that do not suit you or you are simply not satisfied with them for some reason, have you changed your mind about buying? Believe us, we have tried to treat your order with the utmost care and responsibility and we understand how unpleasant it is when you are not happy with the goods you have purchased. We want you to be satisfied not only with us, but also with our products, so we are ready to address your return requests immediately.

All of our customers can return goods within 14 days of receipt, even without giving a reason (but in order to improve, we would be very happy for you to be honest with us and give us a reason).

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS CAN YOU RETURN THE GOODS?

• Goods must be complete and unopened as delivered
• The goods and the label must not be damaged
• The postage costs associated with sending the goods back are the responsibility of the buyer, we recommend that the returned goods are insured for the value of the goods during shipping

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Include a tax invoice in the package with the returned goods with a brief description of the reason for the return. We will be glad if you write here the reason for the return, so that we know what to do next to improve.
2. Include the description and invoice in the parcel, which will contain the fully returned goods. The parcel must be packed in such a way that the packaging sufficiently prevents damage to the product during transit, we are not responsible for damage during transit to us.

Your request will usually be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the shipment.
