We put emphasis on delivering the goods to you in the best possible quality and as quickly as possible. The first aspect we have in our hands, the second we try to influence as much as possible by the choice of our partners - carriers.

WE FOLLOW THE RULE THAT THE PRICE ALWAYS SPEAKS FIRST

The types of delivery depend on the possibilities of the country, we usually send by courier to the address or to pickup-points.

Costs of delivery:

• Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days.
• Post costs are from 3,90€ / 1 pack (max 10kg), depends on the selected delivery country.

IF YOU ORDER BEFORE 10:00AM, WE SHIP TODAY

If you send us your order before 10 am, you can be sure that we will ship the goods on the same day (the goods are in stock - always indicated next to the product). Sometimes we can do it this fast even with orders placed before 12:00, but we can't 100% guarantee it. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will contact you immediately and resolve the issue promptly. 

THE GOODS ARE PACKED CONSISTENTLY AGAINST BREAKAGE

The price of postage includes shipping and handling, so we pack all shipments honestly so that the goods cannot be damaged in any way on the way. For example, the chilli sauces will arrive rolled in protective bubble wrap and also in a paper box for safety. We take care of the quality of the packaged goods so that you are satisfied to the very last detail.

LOGISTICS OF GOODS FROM THE E-SHOP

Our goods leave directly from our own warehouse with our company's packing room. Thanks to this we are able to guarantee first class quality and speed of delivery.
