Description: Chilli garlands - a popular method of drying is the production of the so-called chili garland. It is a traditional way of keeping chili peppers, which are hung in the sun or even in the kitchen so that they dry out and can be used later. In Mexico, such a garland is called a ristra, and its production method is very simple. We thread the peppers through the stem so that they hang down. Finally, we make a knot on top for hanging.
